When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the recipient.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need a change or cancellation, email us immediately using the form below with your Order Number. If your order has already shipped, you can start a return after delivery.
How can I make a return?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Contact us with the form below with your Order Number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll get an email confirmation once the refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card issuer a few business days to post the credit.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
